Welcome to Leodeo (“Leodeo”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Leodeo.

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to use Leodeo only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your information and for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Leodeo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and operate that content solely to provide and improve the service. Do not submit content that violates law or others’ rights.

• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• No unauthorized collection or misuse of others’ data.

Leodeo may integrate with third-party services (e.g., authentication, storage). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

6. Changes & Availability

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We’ll try to give reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using Leodeo at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEODEO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.
